During my healing process, I learned the value of intentional living and breathing. I discovered the true essence of peace, and tranquility. The smell of certain aromas, such as the soothing escape of sweet orange, pungent ginger, bergamot, and almond transported me to a cathartic place that offered peaceful expressions.
